Be curious ♾️ not critical….

Too often, we find ourselves caught up in discussions of what’s “wrong”. Focusing on concerns and issues; trained to pinpoint problem areas, imbalances, and compensations. But what if we dared to see each animal (or ourselves ?) in a new light? What if, we transcended the 'Problem-Centered Story'…

As an equine professional, every nuance matters, and every shared insight holds significance, yet a deeper story is always waiting to unfold. Amidst identifying challenges, let's also train our eyes to see what's going well, acknowledging the strengths and vitality present.
When we approach our work burdened by preconceived notions of "dis-ease" or "imbalance," we inadvertently limit the potential for true healing and transformation.

Let's shift our perspective.
Let’s be guided by compassion and curiosity. Let's marvel at the body for its innate wisdom and resilience, embracing its unique journey. Instead of fixating solely on perceived imbalance and flaws, let's equally celebrate the areas where the horse shines, drive our energy to what’s going well, and compassionately explore the underlying reasons behind each nuance.

Let’s shift what’s wrong into what’s strong.

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
— Dr. Wayne Dyer
